On October 26-27, 2021, at 19:00 - 21:00, the Kyiv-Tel Aviv TV bridge will take place in the press center of the Ukrainian News news agency. The Ukrainian-Israeli conference on the topic: "Investing in the real estate market of Ukraine: profits and risks" is the first business presentation of the real estate market of Ukraine for Israeli investors.
Organizers of the event: the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel and the business platform "Global Israeli Initiative", with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukraine Invest. The co-organizers were the leading developers of the real estate agency of Ukraine: Simple Investment & Really Building, DIAZ, GEOS, Edelburg Development, RIEL, Ukraine Sotheby's International Realty.
The key goal of the event is to attract Israeli investors to the Ukrainian real estate market and create an opportunity to commercialize Israeli investments in the real estate sector of Ukraine with a profit of 10% per annum.
The event format includes an analytical review of the real estate market of Ukraine, presentations of real estate of Ukrainian developers, presentations of legal and financial instruments for investing in Ukraine, and b2b zone for potential Israeli investors.
Participants from Israel: businessmen, investors, representatives of hedge funds, individuals interested in investing in the real estate sector of Ukraine, who will gather offline in the new location Ukrainian House in Tel Aviv.
The event will also include a presentation of investment tours to Ukraine for Israelis. This is a new format of public-private cooperation when investors from Israel will visit Ukraine and personally get acquainted with real estate that interested them and make an investment.
